Shipping Policy
It is our policy to ship your product within 2 business days of receiving your order. This, of course, excludes weekends and holidays.
We make a lot of products and demand is uneven. If we are out of the alginate you ordered and cannot make it in time to ship your order within 2 days, we will attempt to contact you. We will offer you another of our products that is similar enough to work. If we cannot interest you in a similar product, and you cannot wait a couple of extra days for our manufacturing cycle, we will be happy to refund your money.
