Very Large Orders
Normal orders range from 1 pound to about 100 pounds of alginate.
Orders larger than this must usually be manufactured after we receive the order and it might take a day or two longer than normal to ship.
Very large orders of 1000 pounds or more might require that we place an order for compounds from our vendors and receive these before being able to make the order. This usually entails an additional delay in shipment. Please call us several weeks in advance for orders of this size.
For orders of 250 pounds and larger, we can make small custom changes to the alginate formula so it performs to your exact specifications. A little longer setting time- or shorter. Warmer water mix, thicker or more fluid mix, stronger set- any number of variables can be "tweaked" to your liking. Please call us and discuss your order with Chris Baker. He will let you know what we can do and what we can't. Changes may affect the price of the alginate, but usually not by much.
